We strive to provide the highest quality Vedic Jyotish consultations. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking a session with Pandit Khushal Joshi.
All consultation fees are clearly communicated before the session begins. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the fee structure for the specific service requested.
If you wish to cancel a booked consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via WhatsApp (+91 90999 90130) or email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
In the rare event that Pandit Khushal Joshi needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a rescheduled session at your convenience.
If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We recommend contacting us in advance if you are unable to attend.
Please note that Vedic Jyotish consultations are spiritual guidance services. As the consultation involves Pandit ji's time, knowledge, and preparation of your Kundali, refunds are not available once a session has been delivered. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or remedies, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please contact us with your booking details and reason for refund request. We will review each case individually and respond within 48 hours.
If you have a concern about a consultation or payment, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
